HZ TC Product Management Excellence Project（Guild）2017年主要有如下四大类活动：        • 1H2017 PdM Open Day was held at 15th June -1 Alibaba PdM and 3 senior NOKIA PdMs gave the excellent speech • 2H2017 PdM Open Day was held at 14th Dec -2 VIP speakers from CO and Jiang Mason gave the excellent speech • PM Kitchen was invented with 6 sessions held  -No 1: Inspired (How To Create Products Customers Love)  -No 2: The Hunting Games in Customer Battle Field  -No 3: Explore and Design Your Own Product  -No 4: Those affairs of product management  -No 5: 那些年，产品经理们踩过的“坑”  -No 6: 倾听“她”的声音  • Learning group which including HZ TC senior PdMs and PdM potentials was set up  -Monthly gathering with topic focused • PdM Badge certification promoted for the PdM potentials  -80% potentials get the orange certification and 40% potentials get the purple certification by end of 2017
